Another thing, please don't just say "My Intan is not work. Please check". I could not guess on your problem, there is a lot factor that may impact Intan Couple Dance Ball or any other product. Please be more detail, like:

Intan Couple Dance HUD or ferventMe! HUD are tools that help you use Intan Couple Dance Ball. The HUD just work once you already jump-in/sit on poseball rezzed by touching Intan Couple Dance Ball/Intan Couple Dance Anyplace. If you are out of the poseball, the HUD will do nothing. The machine that animate you with your partner is Intan Couple Dance Ball.

The get the information of your Intan Couple Dance Ball, you can say "/88STATUS" near your Intan Couple Dance Ball. Use all capital and do not use the double quote. Channel 88 is the default, but if you change the channel for the Intan Couple Dance Ball, you need to change appropriately.

The Intan Couple Dance Ball version 3, can be loaded up to 250 couple animations, which mean at least 500 animations in total

Highly probability, you are trying to load Intan Couple Dance Anyplace, not Intan Couple Dance Ball. Intan Couple Dance Anyplace come with no-mod permission so it give you locked icon when you try to load things into it.

First of all, make sure that you already have at least Intan Couple Dance Ball version 3. If not, you can upgrade for free.
When you already have Intan Couple Dance Ball version 3, then please follow this step:

1. List pair of the animations male and female also the couple animations name given by the creator.
2. Put the animations into your Intan Couple Dance Ball
3. If your place is made private, allow me (Cecilia Zheng) and "IntanEksotics Resident" into parcel list/security orb

I will make the configuration on your place.
WE WILL NOT SUPPORT MIGRATION from MLP/XPose/NPose/DevPose or other system!

To be note, couple slot is mean slot for couple avatar. It's not applied to number of loaded couple animations.
By default, the Intan Couple Dance Ball come with 15 couple slot. Whenever you need more, you can contact us (Cecilia Zheng) to purchase an optional couple slot for more couple avatars.
The extra slot package will be sent as a folder contain 20 scripts, when you receive it, you will select the 20 scripts (not the folder) and drag the selected scripts to the Intan Couple Dance Ball.

It's may cause by the Intan Couple Dance Ball have different group set with the parcel group or it does not have build permission by the parcel's permission, so if the owner of ICDB not online it does not have permission to build/rezz the poseball. There are 3 solution that you can attempt:

1. Allow to build for the group and make sure the Intan Couple Dance Ball have the right group, same with the group owned the parcel.
   • Edit the Intan Couple Dance Ball, and change the group.
   • Take the Intan Couple Dance Ball, and activate the proper group the parcel and re-rez it.
2. If your parcel not let build even for group, then it need to be deeded to the group.
3. If deed the Intan Couple Dance Ball is not the option, as it may have no-transfer animation or other reason, you can opt to use Intan Couple Dance Remote.
   The Intan Couple Dance Remote can be obtain for free from Second Life Marketplace. It can be deeded to the group while keep the Intan Couple Dance Ball owned by you and it works as proxy rezzer.
   Make sure the Intan Couple Dance Ball already version 3, as Intan Couple Dance Remote only work with version 3.

When you touch the red hand button, you will be given an unique URL that you could follow and automatic login on the web. On the page you can set new Intan password.

In Intan Couple Dance Ball version 3 or higher, each Intan Couple Dance Ball have unique serial number to identify the Intan Couple Dance Ball uniquely. You can see the Serial Number in description of your Intan Couple Dance Ball. If there is no Serial Number in the object description, it will failed to work and give you error.
There might 2 case here:

1. There is communication glitch when you first time rez it and the Intan Couple Dance Ball failed to obtain the new Serial Number
   For this, you just need to re-rez the Intan Couple Dance Ball to let it retry to get the Serial Number.
2. The object description was accidentally changed/remodified
   On this case, you need to manually change the object description of your Intan Couple Dance Ball:
   1. You can check your owned Serial Number on http://intan.eksotics.web.id/?command=coupledanceball and click on the object name. You need to login on the site, if you do not have or forget your Intan Password, please check the other section of this FAQ.
   2. On top, you will see the version of your Intan Couple Dance Ball then the Serial. Select the serial and copy it
   3. Back to in-world, edit your Intan Couple Dance Ball, change the object description as like:
      Intan Couple Dance Ball;SN:[Paste Your SN HERE]
      After you put the right Serial Number, then take the Intan Couple Dance Ball and re-rez it.

Please check the documentation come in package of Intan Couple Dance Ball. There is sub-notecard Lost Ball Policy in the Read Me notecard.
Most cases were cause by retuning object by you/your partner/sim owner/sim manager. In this case all your object (not only Intan Couple Dance Ball) will become one or several coalesced objects. Coalesced Objects have multiple box icon instead single box icon like normal object. If you have coalesced object (please read the sub notecard "Item returned by Land/Region Tool"), then try to do these steps:

1. Find a sandbox region, like Region "Sandbox Goguen". Sandbox area is special area provide by LL for building, it clears in hours so the sim can receive a big number prims (hundreds prims) in one rezzing.
2. Once you are in the sandbox area, rez all coallesced object in your lost and found folder. It will rezz all objects that become one.
3. Take your objects one by one.

Noted: I just able to help people that direct buy at my store. If you bought from third party please consult to whom you made the transaction. Rule of thumb, if you bought Intan Couple Dance Ball that already have preloaded animation (other than sample dances that I delivered) or have different shape than rotating pair of balls (e.g. Star, Heart, Bell) then you bought from third party.
I do not enter the SL Marketplace and I sell Intan Couple Dance Ball at L$ 1850.
